For our meat, we charge based upon the hanging weight of the animal. There are two weights: live weight, which is taken when the animal is still alive, and hanging weight, taken after the animal has been harvested, cleaned, and the carcass is ready to age.
In addition to our charge, the processing plant charges you an amount for harvesting, processing and packaging according to hanging weight. You can select your own cutting and packaging options. You determine for yourself which cuts, thickness and how many per package.
If you price out your own meat by weight and cut and compare it to what you would pay in a grocery store, we think you will be pleasantly surprised to learn that you will be paying less than store prices in total for what we think is a superior product!
Alternatively, if you'd just like to buy cuts of meat without committing to a quarter, half, or whole animal, the current price list is below. Eggs are priced by the dozen.
